David Wilson Homes are a 5-star housebuilder currently developing modern and spacious homes in Aberdeen. They approached us to produce a quick and enticing video promoting one of their top of the range house types, The Dalmally. We had several hours and exclusive access to their Countesswells showhome. With the sunlight bathing the interior, what was there not to love about getting creative and letting the house shine.
Filming home interiors can be challenging with our larger cameras and lighting so this was a job for our 4K camera the Sony A7s III. Paired with a gimbal, this amazing camera is incredibly versatile. Its low weight and size allows you to move around the tightest of locations with ease . Its unrivalled auto focus system, made it a breeze to capture the spaces and details; taps and thermostats never looked so pretty.
And the gimbal guaranteed smooth sophisticated tracking shots allowing us to move seamlessly from a spacious lounge area, an open plan kitchen and through to French doors into the garden.
