Going global

We have been commissioned to help Vysus Group (the recently rebranded name for Lloyd’s Register) raise their profile with a series of films promoting their global services and expertise.

Vysus Group operates across many countries, so we took the decision to start with three countries and 12 films, with more to follow – but with a pandemic raging around the world, we had to get inventive.

We assembled local crews in each territory and, with the help of video links, were able to organise the shoots remotely. As well as the logistics of multiple locations, and participants, we also had to juggle with the weather, which kept surprising us: in Aberdeen the weather was not balmy but at least kind to us; in Oslo we had perfect hot and sunny conditions; in Houston we postponed twice due to rain; and the Melbourne shoot was postponed four times due either to weather or local snap Covid lockdowns.

At the same time as filming the twelve Service Line films we took the opportunity to film segments for a new Vysus Group Brand film. This features Vysus people(and some of their children) in an emotive film that demonstrates Vysus Group’s diverse talent around the world.
