Noble Partners with Signal for Bold Film Series

Signal has proudly continued its strong partnership with Noble, a collaboration that recently reached an exciting new milestone. We’ve produced ten bespoke films for the offshore drilling leader. A testament to our shared commitment of storytelling and excellence.

Nine of these films formed a focused recruitment campaign, showcasing the diverse roles and dynamic individuals that support Noble’s global operations. Filmed aboard rigs in the Gulf of Mexico and the island of Curaçao, we captured first-hand accounts from team members across various departments. Each interview provided a unique glimpse into life onboard, the skillsets required, and the deep sense of pride that Noble employees bring to their work.

Striking the perfect balance in post-production was key. While we ensured the series had a cohesive look and feel to represent the company’s unified vision, we also paid close attention to the personal stories, letting each employee’s character and job role shine through. But the collaboration didn’t stop there.

Noble approached us with a bold new brief, to craft a film that tells the story of their remarkable evolution and rise to become the Leading Offshore Driller. With this vision in mind, we travelled to Houston, Texas, to direct and interview Noble’s senior leadership team at their new headquarters.

These insightful interviews, when woven together with the material captured for the recruitment series and enriched by compelling footage, created a powerful, cinematic film. It painted a vivid picture of Noble’s journey, values, and ambitions. The final film was met with enthusiastic acclaim, earning high praise from Noble and making its debut at their recent Operations Leadership Forum, a moment of pride for both our teams.

At Signal, we’re passionate about building lasting relationships and bringing authentic stories to life. This project with Noble exemplifies just how impactful that approach can be.

“Phenomenal! I feel you’ve truly delivered on the ask here. Looks beautiful, sounds wonderful. The overriding sentiment is a very strong representation of the company. Wonderful collaboration.” Christine Mathers, Senior Director Corporate Communications Branding. Noble
