We’re delighted to have created a series of bespoke marketing videos for ICR Integrity, the Aberdeen-based technology-focused provider of specialist maintenance, inspection and integrity solutions across multiple sectors including, Renewables, Oil & Gas, Defence and Nuclear energy.
These are the first in a planned series of films covering the different aspects of their service offering. The plan is to simultaneously create films for each service and, in doing do, to build an archive of high-quality footage that can be used in future marketing campaigns. This also enables ICR to spread the cost of the films over their financial cycle.
The first of these was for ICR’s Leak Sealing division, based in Carnforth in the UK which has in-house design, development, and manufacturing, offering state-of-the-art equipment, innovative engineering, and exceptional expertise. It delivers bespoke solutions to clients around the world, on & offshore. The film showcases their range of sealing technologies including laser scanning technology and clamps manufactured in-house. We also created CGI overlays which allowed us to reveal how the sealing technologies work inside the hardware. The live action footage and CGI were overlaid to create seamless images.
The next film ‘Integrity through ingenuity’ was a corporate brand film, produced specifically for use at ADIPEC, the annual international trade event for the energy sector was held in Abu Dhabi, where ICR was one of the 2023 exhibitors. We filmed at ICR’s UK HQ in Aberdeen, filming a variety of their services including their renowned Technowrap and Quickflange products, as well as testing facilities and infrared survey cameras. This footage was combined with the content filmed at Carnforth, together with some legacy footage, and library shots, plus graphics, to create a new brand film, showcasing ICR’s range of services and global reach, and encapsulating their unique identity. Our creative concept drew a parallel between industrial and biological systems.
A third film was created using footage already shot at Aberdeen and focused on a single product – Quickflange. The film is aimed at Technical Engineers to see the speed and ease of the step-by-step installation process. While this kind of film has the potential to be rather dry, we filmed using cinematic lenses and creative editing to create a high quality ‘brochure’ film.
Further product films are in the…ahem…pipeline! Discussions are already underway for further filming at ICR’s US base in Houston, Texas, and at their aerial monitoring division near London.
We’re delighted with the results of these films and our clients are too. Head of Marketing and Comms for ICR, Gemma Neal, told us: “what a brilliant week at ADIPEC! Incredibly busy and the films were a hit! So many people stopped to watch! We are all very pleased at how Signal captured our key messages and produced such a polished professional series of films.”
